A very versatile biscuit crumb which can be used in a number of applications. Most commonly found in Australia's many great cheesecakes, it also can be used as a topping, inclusion for ice-cream or simply as a crumble on the side of a dish. The vanilla flavour and fat content make this a perfect 'all rounder' biscuit crumb.
